The Young Engineers Forum of Nigeria (YEFoN) serves as the youth arm of the Nigerian Society of<\/span>
Engineers (NSE), dedicated to inspiring, empowering, and connecting early-career engineers across all disciplines. Founded with the mission to nurture talent and amplify the voices of young professionals, YEFoN actively promotes professional growth, mentorship, innovation, entrepreneurship, and community service within the engineering ecosystem.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Through its diverse programs and initiatives, YEFoN provides a vibrant platform where young engineers and recent graduates can gain access to technical training, career guidance, networking opportunities, leadership development, and representation at both branch and national levels of the NSE.<\/span><\/p>

Working collaboratively with NSE branches, academic institutions and industry stakeholders, the Forum organizes workshops, technical visits and capacity-building sessions, that enhance practical skills and improve employability among young engineers. Beyond capacity development, YEFoN also champions initiatives that promote youth inclusion in engineering policy and leadership, supporting members on their journey to becoming registered engineers and future leaders in industry, academia, and public service.<\/span><\/p>

The Forum is presently chaired by Engr.
